Product Description
The filter plate of high-drainage presses is a key component, usually made of reinforced polypropylene or stainless steel. It has dense drainage channels and high compressive strength, ensuring rapid water seepage while withstanding high pressure (up to 2.0 MPa) during operation, avoiding deformation or damage.
Product Parameters
This equipment is of shaftless screw type. When the material enters in the material-incoming hopper of conveyance squeezer, the helicoidal blade rotates to push the material to move and slide and the material is transported into the compaction zone along U-type conveying chute. The dregs from the screen is squeczed and dewatered under the reverse spring pressure from squeezing pipe and discharging door cover. The dewatered screening opens the pressure board forcefully and the screening falls into the trash trolley for transportation out. The squeezed water penetration flows into screen well through return pipe.
