Brief Description
In the biomass energy sector, high-drainage presses are used to dewater agricultural wastes (e.g., straw, sawdust) and organic sludge. The low-moisture cake after pressing is easier to incinerate or ferment, increasing energy output and reducing energy consumption during subsequent energy conversion.
Product Parameters
This equipment is of shaftless screw type. When the material enters in the material-incoming hopper of conveyance squeezer, the helicoidal blade rotates to push the material to move and slide and the material is transported into the compaction zone along U-type conveying chute. The dregs from the screen is squeezed and dewatered under the reverse spring pressure from squeezing pipe and discharging door cover. The dewatered screening opens the pressure board forcefully and the screening falls into the trash trolley for transportation out. The squeezed water penetration flows into screen well through return pipe.
