High-drainage presses with heat-assisted dewatering functions integrate heating elements into the filter plate. By heating the material during pressing, the viscosity of water in the material is reduced, accelerating water separation. This type is suitable for materials with strong water-holding capacity, such as oily sludge.
This equipment is of shaftless screw type. When the material enters in the material-incoming hopper of conveyance squeezer, the helicoidal blade rotates to push the material to move and slide and the material is transported into the compaction zone along U-type conveying chute. The dregs from the screen is squeezed and dewatered under the reverse spring pressure from squeezing pipe and discharging door cover. The dewatered screening opens the pressure board forcefully and the screening falls into the trash trolley for transportation out. The squeezed water penetration flows into screen well through return pipe.
