Product Description
Screw high-drainage presses adopt a tapered screw shaft and fixed ring-filter plate structure. As the screw rotates, it pushes material forward and gradually reduces the volume of the compression chamber, generating high pressure to squeeze out moisture. They operate continuously, with stable output, ideal for large-scale sludge treatment in municipal sewage plants.
Product Parameters
This equipment is of shaftless screw type. When the material enters in the material-incoming hopper of conveyance squeezer, the helicoidal blade rotates to push the material to move and slide and the material is transported into the compaction zone along U-type conveying chute. The dregs from the screen is squeezed and dewatered under the reverse spring pressure from squeezing pipe and discharging door cover. The dewatered screening opens the pressure board forcefully and the screening falls into the trash trolley for transportation out. The squeezed water penetration flows into screen well through return pipe.
