High Pressure Diaphragm Filter Press Machine Energy Efficient Air Blowing Secondary Squeezing

Diaphragm high-drainage presses feature a flexible diaphragm inside the filter chamber. After filling the chamber with sludge, high-pressure water or air is injected into the diaphragm to expand it, applying uniform pressure to the material. This design enhances dewatering efficiency, making the cake moisture content as low as 50%-60%, suitable for high-viscosity sludge.

This equipment is of shaftless screw type. When the material enters in the material-incoming hopper of conveyance squeezer, the helicoidal blade rotates to push the material to move and slide and the material is transported into the compaction zone along U-type conveying chute. The dregs from the screen is squeezed and dewatered under the reverse spring pressure from squeezing pipe and discharging door cover. The dewatered screening opens the pressure board forcefully and the screening falls into the trash trolley for transportation out. The squeezed water penetration flows into screen well through return pipe.
