Ultra High Pressure Sludge Filter Press Machine Achieves 45-50% DS Mud Cake Reduces Disposal Cost

High-drainage presses are advanced dewatering equipment widely used in sludge, pulp, and biomass processing. They utilize high-pressure squeezing combined with multi-stage drainage structures to remove moisture from materials efficiently, producing cakes with significantly lower moisture content than traditional presses, which reduces subsequent disposal costs.

This equipment is of shaftless screw type. When the material enters in the material-incoming hopper of conveyance squeezer, the helicoidal blade rotates to push the material to move and slide and the material is transported into the compaction zone along U-type conveying chute. The dregs from the screen is squeezed and dewatered under the reverse spring pressure from squeezing pipe and discharging door cover. The dewatered screening opens the pressure board forcefully and the screening falls into the trash trolley for transportation out. The squeezed water penetration flows into screen well through return pipe.
