2-6m³/h Fully Automatic Hydraulic Filter Press Machine For Efficient Sludge Dewatering

Filter presses are key equipment in solid-liquid separation, achieving efficient dewatering through mechanical pressure. Their core operating principle is to use filter plates to create a sealed filter chamber, separating the liquid component from the material under pressure.

This equipment is of shaftless screw type. When material enters the hopper, the helical blade rotates to push the material forward into the compaction zone along the U-type conveying chute. The dregs are squeezed and dewatered under reverse spring pressure from the squeezing pipe and discharging door cover. The dewatered screening opens the pressure board and falls into the trash trolley for transportation, while the squeezed water flows into the screen well through the return pipe.
