Compared with traditional filtration equipment, the rotary disk filter has a higher filter disk utilization rate. Multiple groups of filter disks rotate synchronously, performing filtration and cleaning operations simultaneously with no shutdown waiting time, significantly increasing processing capacity per unit time to meet high-flow processing demands.
Product Parameters
Turntable filter machines are primarily used for cooling water treatment and advanced wastewater reuse. For cooling water and circulating water filtration and reuse, the inlet water quality must be below 80 mg/L, and the outlet water quality must be below 20 mg/L. For advanced wastewater treatment, it can be installed after conventional activated sludge processes, delayed aeration processes, SBR systems, oxidation ditches, trickling filters, and oxidation ponds.
