The energy consumption of aeration equipment has attracted much attention. Our new energy-saving aeration system optimizes structural design with high-efficiency motors and improved aeration heads to reduce operating energy consumption and costs while maintaining optimal aeration performance.
Air pipe design should consider pressure balance and form a ring network. Each inlet pipe group should be equipped with a valve to facilitate air volume adjustment. Designed flow rate for air pipes: 10-15 m/s for main pipes and 5 m/s for branch pipes. Installation height of aerator surface from pool bottom: 270mm, 250mm, 200mm for push-plate type.
