Product Description
The helical screw blade is the core component of a screw conveyor, available in different types like solid blades, ribbon blades, and paddle blades. Solid blades are for general bulk materials, ribbon blades for viscous or easily caking materials, and paddle blades for mixing while conveying, adapting to diverse material properties.
Product Parameters
This equipment is of shaftless screw type. When the material enters in the material-incoming hopper of conveyor, the material is pushed to move and slide depending on the rotation of helical blade. The material is conveyed to the discharging port along the U-shaped conveying chute and this equipment is used together with squeezer or trash cart to handle the material further.
