Product Description
The bearing system of a screw conveyor is divided into head bearings and tail bearings. Head bearings are located at the material discharge end (with higher load) and usually use sealed bearings to prevent material dust from entering; tail bearings are at the feed end, requiring regular lubrication to ensure flexible rotation.
Product Parameters
This equipment is of shaftless screw type. When the material enters in the material-incoming hopper of conveyor, the material is pushed to move and slide depending on the rotation of helical blade. The material is conveyed to the discharging port along the U-shaped conveying chute and this equipment is used together with squeezer or trash cart to handle the material further.
