Product Description
The pressing system of a sludge dewatering machine determines the dewatering efficiency. Different types of equipment adopt different pressing methods: plate-and-frame type relies on hydraulic pressing, belt type on roller squeezing, and centrifugal type on centrifugal force. Selecting the appropriate pressing method according to sludge characteristics improves dewatering efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
Product Parameters
This equipment consists of belt concentrator and dewaterer. The sludge is mixed and reacted sufficiently in the sludge mixer after the flocculant is added. Afterwards, the sludge flows into the gravity dewatering section where free water flows out through the filter belt gap. The sludge then passes through wedge precompression section for leveling and slight squeezing before entering the S-shape multi-roll squeezing section. Here, it's repeatedly squeezed by rolls of different diameters, sheared to facilitate further dewatering, and finally scraped off as cake while the filter belts are washed for reuse.
