The centrifugal sludge dewatering machine separates moisture from sludge by means of centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation. It features a compact structure, no wearing parts like filter cloths, low noise during operation, and high automation level. Ideal for treating sludge containing large amounts of fibers and impurities, it significantly reduces subsequent maintenance costs.
Product Parameters
This equipment consists of belt concentrator and dewaterer. The sludge is mixed and reacted sufficiently in the sludge mixer after the flocculant is added. Afterwards, the sludge flows into the gravity dewatering section where free water flows out through the filter belt gap. The process continues through wedge precompression, S-shape multi-roll squeezing, and final cake scraping for complete dewatering.
