Product Description
The plate-and-frame sludge dewatering machine is a traditional dewatering equipment, composed of alternately arranged filter plates and filter frames. High-pressure pumps press sludge into the filter chamber, and filter cloths are used to trap moisture in the sludge, forming cake with low moisture content. It is suitable for treating various types of high-concentration sludge and features simple and easy-to-control operation.
Product Parameters
This equipment consists of belt concentrator and dewaterer. The sludge is mixed and reacted sufficiently in the sludge mixer after the flocculant is added. Afterwards, the sludge flows into the gravity dewatering section. A lot of free water in the sludge flows out of the gap of filter belt under the action of gravity and the free water enters into the water collection tank. Afterwards, it is guided by wedge precompression section so that the sludge is leveled gradually and it is dewatered further after slight squeezing. Then, the sludge enters into S-shape multi-roll squeezing section and it is clamped in the middle between upper layer of filter cloth and lower layer of filter cloth. The sludge is squeezed repeatedly by several rolls in different diameters. As this time, the sludge is sheared to facilitate the sludge to dewater further to form the cake. Finally, the scraper is used to scrape down the cake and transport out the cake. The upper and lower filter belt can be reused after washing.
