Its mechanical separation process effectively reduces sludge volume for easier transportation and disposal.
Operation Process
This equipment consists of belt concentrator and dewaterer. The sludge is mixed with flocculant in the sludge mixer, then flows into the gravity dewatering section where free water separates. After wedge precompression and S-shape multi-roll squeezing, the sludge is thoroughly dewatered into cake form, which is then scraped off while the filter belts are cleaned for reuse.
