Product Description
Sludge scraper and suction machines are essential equipment in sedimentation tanks for water and wastewater treatment plants. Designed to remove accumulated sludge from tank bottoms, these systems combine scraping and suction functions to efficiently collect and transport sludge to discharge points, maintaining optimal water treatment efficiency.
Operation Parameters
The system features peripheral driving mechanism. Wastewater enters through the central inlet pipe, disperses via steady flow cylinder, and flows radially outward. Suspended sludge settles and is scraped from the tank bottom while the drive unit rotates the working bridge along the tank periphery, simultaneously moving the scraping arm and plates.
Collected sludge is suctioned into the sludge cylinder and discharged through the central pipe. Surface scum is directed to pool edges by rotating skimmers and removed by slag buckets.
