Fully Automatic Sludge Scraper Sludge Cleaning in Sedimentation Tank Runs Smoothly

The scraper and suction machine is the core equipment of the sedimentation tank of the sewage treatment plant, mainly used to collect and remove the sludge at the bottom of the tank. It pushes the sedimented sludge to the sludge collecting bucket through a mechanical scraper, or directly sucks the sludge by siphon/pump suction. The sewage flows in the tank from the water inlet pipe at the tank center and it flows out to the tank periphery uniformly in radial state after it is dispersed by steady flow cylinder. The sludge in suspended state is scraping at the tank bottom after settling. The drive unit drives the working bridge to rotate along the tank periphery and drives the scraping arm and sludge scraping plate to rotate simultaneously. The sludge is suctioned into the sludge cylinder after it is scraped and collected by sludge scraping plate. Afterwards, the sludge is discharged from the pool through the central sludge discharge pipe of the pool. The scum above the water surface is skimmed to the edge of the pool by a rotating slag skimmer, and then scraped out by the slag removal bucket.
