1. Before restarting a hyperbolic mixer after a prolonged period of inactivity, check the motor insulation. This will also prevent sediment buildup that could cause starting difficulties and damage the motor and impeller.
2. Regularly check the mixer shaft locknut and connecting bolts for looseness.
3. Regularly check the mixer shaft for vibration and promptly remove any entangled material on the impeller and shaft.
4. Regularly inspect the transfer components for abnormal noise and temperature rise.
5. Regularly check the mixer's current for abnormal changes.
