The design of the belt-type concentrator and dewatering machine is mainly aimed at the treatment of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage. Its main treatment method is to adopt the currently more mature biochemical treatment technology - contact oxidation method. The water quality parameters are designed according to the general domestic water quality, inlet BOD 200mg/l, and outlet BOD 20mg/l. It consists of six parts: (1) primary sedimentation tank; (2) contact oxidation tank; (3) secondary sedimentation tank; (4) disinfection tank and disinfection device; (5) sludge tank; (6) fan room and fan;
The following are the details:
(1) Primary sedimentation tank: The primary sedimentation tank of the equipment is a vertical flow sedimentation tank. The rising flow rate of sewage in the sedimentation tank is 0.6-0.7 mm/s. The settled sludge is lifted to the sludge tank by air. (Note: WSZ-A 0.5-5m3/h does not have a primary sedimentation tank)
(2) Contact oxidation tank: After primary sedimentation, the water flows to the contact tank for biochemical treatment. The contact tank is divided into three levels, with a total residence time of more than 1 hour. The contact oxidation time of the enhanced equipment can reach 6 hours. The filler is a novel trapezoidal filler. It is easy to form a film and does not clog. The filler surface area is 160m2/m3, and the air-water ratio of the contact tank is about 12:1. (Note: WSZ-A 0.5-5T/h, the contact tank is a second level)
(3) Secondary sedimentation tank: After biochemical treatment, the sewage flows to the secondary sedimentation tank. The secondary sedimentation tank is two vertical flow sedimentation tanks, which operate in parallel. The rising flow rate is 0.3-0.4 mm/s. The sludge is lifted by air to the sludge tank. (Note: WSZ-A 0.5-5mT/h, sludge flows into the sludge pool by gravity)
(4) Disinfection pool and disinfection device: The disinfection pool is 30 minutes according to the standard of "TJI4-74". If it is hospital sewage, the retention time of the disinfection pool can be increased to 1-1.5 hours. The disinfection method of solid chlorine tablet contact dissolution is adopted. The disinfection device can continuously change the dosage according to the amount of water output, so as to achieve the purpose of more water output, more dosage, and less water output, less dosage. Other disinfection devices can be prepared separately. (Note: If it is used for industrial sewage, the disinfection pool and disinfection device can be omitted)
(5) Sludge pool: All sludge from the primary sedimentation tank and the secondary sedimentation tank is air-lifted to the sludge pool of WSZ-A for aerobic digestion. The clear liquid of the sludge pool is returned to the contact oxidation pool for further treatment. There is very little residual sludge after digestion, and it is generally cleaned once every 1-2 years. The cleaning method can be to use a fecal suction truck to reach into the bottom of the sludge through the inspection hole of the sludge pool and suck it out. (WSZ-A 0.5-5T/h, sludge is anaerobic digested)
(6) Fan room, fan: Equipment The WSZ-A fan room is located above the disinfection tank. The inlet adopts double-layer sound insulation, and the air inlet is equipped with a muffler and fan filter, so it is quiet during operation. The fan uses two L-type Roots blowers, which can automatically operate in alternating order. The operating life of a single fan is about 30,000 hours.
